USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver. 

Shipping Details 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75

USPS Standard Shipping is $5.

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, any orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. 

If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

 

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at beanboutiquestl@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.  

*PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If the products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
