Return Policy

We hope you love all of your items from Bean Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes items just don’t work out and need to be returned. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days after receiving the item.

All hair accessories, hats, jewelry and gifts are final sale


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and can do so via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 


Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in your purchase and has all of your information, including your order number, on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit code will be emailed to you. 

 

To be eligible for store credit, products must be approved. Products should be in perfect condition, this means products should: 

  • Be unwashed or unworn
  • Have no makeup, deodorant, or stains of any kind
  • Have no animal hair
  • Have no perfume or smoke scent
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a product for hygienic reasons or if the product appears damaged by the customer. 


    Shoes must be returned in their original box. Box must be free of damage without stamps or postage stamps.


    If your returned item(s) are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit code will be sent to your email. If your returned item(s) are rejected, then the item will be mailed back to you at your expense. 


    Damaged items

    In the case of damaged items, please report within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at beanboutiquestl@gmail.com with photos of your item’s damage.
