What can I expect when I come to you for a custom hat?
You’ll get the full custom experience in person at one of our events. We’ll walk through all the fun details together—materials, colors, and personal touches—and I’ll share my go-to tips to help bring your dream hat to life. It’s all about elevating your style with a one-of-a-kind hat designed by you, with a little help from Bean!
Can I change my hat later?
Yes! We design with flexibility in mind — most accessories aren’t permanently attached, so you can refresh your hat with the seasons. Just a heads up: some elements like pins, crystals, or stamps may be permanent since they require piercing or burning into the hat.
Do you sell Men’s hats?
Our hats are unisex.
What size do your hats come in?
Our hats come in a variety of sizes to fit most heads comfortably. We carry sizes from 6 7/8 (55 cm) up to 7 ¼ (58 cm). Most of our hats fall in the Medium range — 7 to 7 1/8 (56–57 cm), which fits the majority of head sizes. Each style is available in multiple sizes so you can find your perfect fit.
Tip: If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a snug fit.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Once we customize your hat, it’s all yours! All sales are final on our custom hat bar purchases.
