Bean offers returns for store credit within 15 days of the order’s original ship date. Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available within 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. The store credit will be issued for the cost of the item excluding any shipping or handling costs. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must meet the following return criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and/or must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed.
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
- Items must be free of odors and stains.
Please note all Hats and Sale items are final sale.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that our orders cannot be canceled after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.

Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves on shipping your orders out as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped out 2-3 days after your order is placed.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destinations. Please note: transit times are only an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the shipping method chosen and destination address. If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
Bean is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Bean is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier, if contacted within 30 days. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.
Local Pick Up:
We offer local pick up for our St. Louis customers. Pick-ups take 2-3 business days to process and you will be notified via email or text once your order is ready for pickup. Pick up hours are Monday-Friday in Ellisville, MO.
